She’s been getting death threats!!
Tbh, I'm not sure I believe this, and I'm not being sarcastic or snarky here. Reasons:
1. Art had a stalker and had death threats. If she is really his legacy (in her mind) and is trying to be him, she'd have to have death threats and a stalker or two as well.
2. She is simply not important enough for someone to have that kind of rage against her unless it is deeply personal and from a direct experience of something she did to them. Her show is not nearly high-quality content enough to threaten anyone about anything, it's barely coherent, thus not really a threat. She hogs the interviews with her own stuff, and often her guests can't really get their own stuff in very well. It's so hard to follow her conversations and so boring, who would pay enough attention to her to get mad enough to threaten her life based on the show?
3. It makes for more mystery and more you-don't-know-what-I'm-going-through drama for her adoring 22 fans.
[edited to add] In any case, I hope I'm right and that she is not receiving death threats, that this is fiction too like most of the rest of what comes out of her mouth as speech.
Sigh.
