It’s an HONOR to know you. The word thank you sounds trite and not good enough, but I will say it anyway , thank you. All of the sacrafices are sobering and it’s a debt no one can repay. May God give you all peace and blessings in this life and the next.

Well, I must state the obvious...  By her dropping her stream (bitrate), she is no longer Art Bell's #LEGACY.

It's over, just as @Bart Ell predicted.

Through my years, I have seen a few people like her (EDIT on this topic of budget and realistic needs)...  Starving to keep the cable with 600 channels and all the movie & sports packages... By the time they finally realize that they have to cut back, it's too late.
