Look we all take bad pictures so why not put up a good one? Someone suggested a face swap of her and Art was at work here. I wonder if that's true.
Checked with ELA tool (results below) - no sharp lines or gradient/texture changes to suggest a cutout replacement.
Other support:
1) Wrong style of glasses for Art when he was in his 40s and 50s.
2) Smile lines match HW's. (dual crease on each side of mouth, Art's were a single crease even at 70)
3) Art's face is wider, greater nose to upper lip distance.
Conclusion: Photo while of low quality is authentic and is HW.
