Listening to Clyde now, I love his UFO shows. Have to say the ep where Art played the whole of that police audio from that big sighting in the midwest where in the end the dispatcher herself went out to see the lights is probably my favourite Art show of all time.

We absolutely owned the night in Desert Storm. Nothing could hide from the night vision goggles and the thermal imaging on the AC-130 gunships, attack helicopters and Abrams tanks. It was like playing a video game where the enemy couldn’t shoot back. We don’t have quite that advantage 38 years later but we still own the night.  The next generation of night vision is going to be all digital and will allow not only night vision but situational awareness augmented reality.

While I'm not disagreeing with you, changing her tagline from "take back the night" to "we own the night" as well as using a very similar graphic a while back that also looks like Dave's is really low, I think.

I do think it is a bit low, especially as the shows air at the same time and cover the same genre, the graphics used are also very similar.

A lot of the time he is shouty mumbo jumbo, but I appreciate he takes the time to understand the subject. Occasionally he pulls an amazing show out of his hat. His Sunspot show was fabulous apart from the unfortunate Hoagland comments (which he should have dealt with on the spot imo).

That’s not to say I don’t enjoy the mumbo jumbo .. you have to have a high tolerance for woo to listen to this genre...
