Happy Anniversary Annie! I'm glad you had pie and enjoyed it. Bart doesn't know everything!

Don't tell him that...  ;)

Wow, sorry to see that. Are you in the general northern California or southern California area?

You might diffuse Young Living's Thieves or Frankincense oil, good for general immune support. Or M-Grain if your head feels stuffy or achy from the smoke. Or the amazing breathing oils: Raven and/or RC (Respiratory Clearing). They smell nice and they REALLY help in situations like yours. Their oils got us and our dogs through living just over a mile from the World Trade Center on 9-11 when the smoke was really bad and toxic for a few weeks. We had to wear masks in the street for almost two weeks, put some oils in the mask, breathed through that, put wet towels around the window and door cracks, all was well. Oils on our dog's chests and paw pads (lightly, less is more with them especially since their sense of smell is so much more sensitive and acute than ours is). We were the only ones among our friends and neighbors who did not develop respiratory symptoms while the air was so smoky.

Just a suggestion, of course, ignore if not interested <g>. If you are but don't know how to get the oils, PM me and I can give you more info.

PM Sent!  Thank you.  We are in Northern Ca. Air quality is now listed as hazardous.

Versatile, but that's beside the point.

There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

Thanks for asking...

Well, the best cure, after a single session with a paid professional fool was the realization that this crazy woman was out to fuck up some stranger's life.  The best way to think was "too bad she didn't get what she wanted..."

Hahahaha! +69 for you!

It's a shame that there are people who want to go out that way..

Exhibit B: Maru

Maru is my favorite youtube cat :)
Honorable mention to Jasper the "Camo Kitty" who makes his appearances in The Area 51 Rider's shows. I'm guessing he is a "LaPerm" cat. He makes 1200 mile journeys in the cab of a pickup as well as a dog.

You do rescue/rehab for birds? I love crows/ravens/magpies. They can be ornery but can't we all? They are so smart!!

Yes and I breed an endangered species. I love birds, all of them. I am very blessed.

That is some serious dedication. Hat's off! I volunteered for a birds of prey rehab for many years. Worked in the ICU. I loved it. It was a lot of poop and blood and guts scrubbing but I still loved it. I do miss it. Gave me some crazy skills...I can mince a mouse in no time flat!

What do you breed? Do you specialize in a specific genre of bird?

An open topped pie is a tart! It’s not a pie unless it has a top crust!

Well, some people call pizzas pies, and others make those sheppard's pie and pot pie stew things - so if it's round and can be cut into triangles, I think it's a pie

Gouda cheese? Brie wheel? Just asking... for a friend, of course.  8)
