Me too, if there is a suppressed suicide note and Airyn knew of it it could be construed as obstruction of justice. So this could be a nasty little can of worms.
Well, at least the Nye County Sheriff's Department was complicit along with the medical examiner's office. If there was any saving grace for the Bell family, that's it. [EDIT: If there was one... It would be very bad if Heather had the note but kept it out of the hands of the family and law enforcement.]
Heather lacks a great deal of things including tact. That whole "telling the truth" schtick doesn't fly when it's volunteered up so gleefully.
If it were somebody's alcoholism and things were spiraling out of control, I could see where it would be justified to speak candidly. In this case though, I don't think so. 2 young children and the love of her life's legacy. I say That's heavy artillery to sink her own ship.
