No, that was a fan who called while HW was supposedly dealing with the sheriff while her caller stalled for time with his cat Judas. She said she called in case it was an intruder, and the operator told her HW was fine. Personally I don't think a 911 operator would reveal information like that to a caller, so that fan's story smells a bit off to me.
