It looks like the drama happened at 11:48pm (164 minutes into the show).

There was a call labeled "suicide threat" at 11:20pm (18NY67139), so maybe that's the one?

There is a TV show called Live PD that follows 7 to 9 different law enforcement department from around the country. It's live on Friday and Saturday nights with about a 30 minute delay. Nye County Sheriff is one of the departments featured. I'm sure some watch hoping HW makes an appearance. They do have some interesting characters.
