do a hard turn off of your computer.. pressing the off button. restart.
Next open your browser, just as it's reopening to the page it was on click the + for a new page and X out of the page that is loading. Close the browser by Xing the blank page. then restart the browser, it restarts on the blank page. That's how I have solved that ransom page.

FYI I quit smiting awhile ago. It's silly.

 I'm just a bit self conscious because about 10 years ago i tried doing online forums like this (not paranormal related... would you believe perfume of all things) and my "voice" didn't come out too well and OH LORD did they hate me until i explained what i meant. My phrasing has gotten better since then and I've found a better "voice" with which to communicate my thoughts and humor,  but I'm still apprehensive from that horrible experience (this is the first time since then I've done forums).

Also the stress I'm under might make me sound a little bonkers. I forgot school isn't a measure of strengths, it's a measure of how much anxiety and stress you can take without cracking.
