... That's really a lot of what bothers me about Heather - I feel she's mistreating people who actually seem to care about her and think they have a real connection with her. It was so sad to see message after message from Paul and Ella this summer with no replies from Her Highness.

It was ok though, they knew she was grieving struggling with how to discuss Art's death without either lying or hurting others.
