I did and was very surprised, Spokane, Salt Lake and Reno for me! I've only lived in Southern California and my parents were from PA and OK so I didn't expect that. I'd be curious to hear what others found. I'd love to hear @K_Dubb 's input on it.
I have taken it, too, and encouraged and observed others, which is fun. It's quite accurate as long as one remembers to answer by instinct rather than what one knows to be standard English. The fun part is watching people answer in ways other than how one knows they talk by experience.
Southern California has its own peculiar way of speaking, but it's largely a question of tone rather than vocabulary and would be difficult to measure in a written test. I'd be curious if you can pinpoint a question or two you may have picked up from your parents that pulled your location inland.
