It was like a turkey roll sort of with stuff in the middle. About 3" around an 7" long. (Not me, the turkey roll*). It actually wasn't too bad. You can't think "turkey" when eating it. It is more like a meat loaf type of thing but not meat.

*Edit: I'm actually much bigger.
I seem to recall some variety of "Porkroll" was championed by Bruce Williams.  I also noticed at the store last week that there is some form of turkey being sold by Hormel in a Turkey SPAM product. I didn't risk buying, though a bit intrigued and tempted for novelty's sake.....

HW report: nothing posted yet about her show for tonight. Will she dare do Friday night open lines again? Since she reads here, she's already aware that Dynamo won't be calling in. I guess the question is, will anyone else? She had a hard time filling the time last time she did open lines.

Honestly, she's just not that interesting as a person to be able to fill the time when she has no callers... or even when she does most times. I wish it was different, but it's not, at least not for me. :(

I thought she was replaying last Friday’s show?

I might be wrong, but it seems like a lot of food for two people. Making sure he has leftovers for a few days?

He had leftovers before any food was cooked.

Oh no I didn't!!

Wow... Caught up.  Maybe Hugh-man will inspire Miss Bad Manners to catch on to civility and a thicker skin... Probably not, but humanity would be better off.

HLW did announce she was preparing duck for Thanksgiving dinner. Me, I don't eat duck, had it once and it came of way too gamey.  I don't know if it was the preparer or my taste.  Never again unless there's some rich pussy involved.

Costco had some non-alcoholic Alta Dena egg nog that nearly put me into a diabetic coma.  It's probably a regional distributor but damn, $9 for a gallon seems like a good deal...
Eh, nevermind...

I recommend duck confit if you ever have the chance to try it. Bliss.

Oh that is interesting -- I did not get a lightning bug question.  Which makes sense, since we don't have them.  I was referring to a potato/sow/pillbug question.  So the test must adjust based on your early answers for a finer focus.

I didn't get a lightning bug question either, but did get the roly poly one.

That was a bit creepy that it worked and id'ed even down to possible city/area. Though, possibly, that could've been a trick and went off IP or carrier?  ;)

I finally took the test and it was amazing accurate. I’m from Michigan and that’s what it showed.
