Dude thats an expensive mistake!!!
If someone were to report her to any or all of these organizations, it may bankrupt her. There are also lawyers who do nothing all day but look for copyright violations for these massive photo companies and then reach out to them, offering to file suit on their behalf in exchange for a 50/50 split of the damages if successful. So it's probably a good idea if she doesn't use copyrighted images. I doubt the "code ninjas" have informed of her the fact that they're breaking many laws every day.
