Terrible, took the day off work as I was awake most of the night from the discomfort. I think it’s a trapped nerve, side of my head down my back to my shoulderblades, down my arm to my finger tips is all very painful.

Racking up the tablets and am sat with a hot water bottle on my shoulder.

Recently somebody wondered if Miller was the ultimate Troll. I think they are right. Whenever a discussion gets too anti-heather, he jumps in with goofy Millerisms like this and it all gets sidetracked to a Miller show.

Next Dr appt available approx 3 weeks time. Unless I want to rock up there at 8am and wait for a possible appt. The NHS is wonderful if you are really really sick, not brilliant if you are just mildly sick.
