Terrible, took the day off work as I was awake most of the night from the discomfort. I think it’s a trapped nerve, side of my head down my back to my shoulderblades, down my arm to my finger tips is all very painful.

Racking up the tablets and am sat with a hot water bottle on my shoulder.

Good morning @TigerLily my son lives in Venice Beach. I live in Lancaster but I visit him. They have a great ice cream place, Salt & Straw, if you go buy make sure you try their roasted strawberry. It is the best ice cream I've ever had.

That would be a nice summer road trip. I will keep it mind. And yes, I would travel 150 miles for ice cream 😺 . Although the local Cold Stone isn't too shabby
