Your comment was the funnest one I read today. Do you think HW is not doing her podcast because of personal reasons or because the Art Bell Bumper music is on hold for her?
+1-- you cute little yellow block bird.

Thank you! I think it is personal reasons again, but I HOPE it is because of the fines from the stealing of music.
1+ for your avitar, it reminds me of the closing of winterland album.

@DynamoHum you're a smart cookie, so you may all ready be doing this: neck extension, using the muscles at the base of you neck to push your chin back and also looking upwards helps. Additionally, using a door frame to help stretch your shoulder back and your peck/ribs forward is a nice stretch- just try and keep your arm at 90 or lower. Slow and gentle wins the race. You're going to hat me for saying this but the computer work is probably aggravating it.

So right, PolkaDot, computer/desk work for 30+ years has left me a little stoved up, even now.  What works best for me is the looking up.  Settle comfortably in a chair with back and neck support.  Pretend you're stargazing.  Listen to some music and relax.   And take lots of breaks to look up when you go back to work.

And Spookcat, have some chicken soup.  With good broth.

You ladies be good to yourselves, please.

I swear by these for working at a computer. It takes some getting used to but your core will thank you.

“Not tonight dear. I have a headache.”

Well done! LOL
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

>^..^<

Just caught about 30 minutes of LNM, what a crap show with another crap guest talking about our sun being a binary star with a dark star that will bring our doom...turned on my own music and returned to near paradise in comparison. Why do these people want to torture themselves and pay for it on top of it?

Grateful Dead The Closing of Winterland is a beautiful cover.

My avitar is my salute to David Lynch's Twin Peaks.  Blue roses don’t appear in nature and therefore the blue rose is telling us there’s something supernatural is going on.  Also, the blue rose symbolises that a case is related to Project “Bluebook”–the deep space program.

Heather was just on Facebook 55 minutes ago. No post, nothing from her. But she was on.
This show is going on the air no matter what. -Heather Wade
