I don't know about "too much," but this is true. I do tend to look at life that way despite lots of evidence which makes it look otherwise. And if possible, I don't plan for that to ever change.

The salient comment in HW's post was "she got paid for the first time in six months". Unless it was a massive check, how is that  sustainable?

It is strange how she blurts out these details.

I think she loves the martyr angle without realizing that it makes the whole operation look ridiculous.
