Btw, Audacity is free and not so hard to learn, you might want to try it. It's very versatile once you lean a couple of its quirks. I'd be happy to talk to you about it some time if that would be helpful... or not, as you prefer.
Audacity is versatile and such but I swear by ScreamerRadio (old version of program - new version is being worked on now and I can't vouch for it at this time).
I've been using it for over 10 yrs.
The thing with Audacity is, as far as I am aware, it will record whatever audio is going through your soundcard/hardware whereas with ScreamerRadio I can record multiple streams of audio simultaneously without any bleed through from one audio stream to another. And since I use my computer as basically my media center I can also watch movies/tv shows or listen to music while I record radio shows without any interference or conflicts whatsoever.
