I heard you, GREAT call! Direct, pointed, but not harrassing. She got porky with you and avoided answering you directly, using her usual attack the questioner tactic, spinning and lying all the time, inventing her "defense" story, which is clearly bogus. She made herself sound stupid (duh!) as if she didn't understand the terms of her own contract... wait, that's probably true.
