I listened to the whole 6 hrs + of the WhiskeySourVara defense.  He said a couple times about he wasn't give a half million dollars to start, and he had to build his LNM up from the ground.  In my view he was hinting that 2DollarWade HAD been given half a million dollars.  Not necessarily from Art.  Also I got the feeling that the LNM crew thought that 2Buck thinks she is too good for them, and had way more money than them.  What is all that about do you guys think?  Also WSV's inference that she knew how AB died but wouldn't come forward with info.....oddness abounds

I honestly seem to recall that ART did say something to the effect that Our Sweet Heather was very well compensated for her activities in the early days of MITD.  What Does that Mean?  I dunno.  Maybe he gave her 3 hots and a cot with buxx to spend, I dunno.  Maybe he gave her a 'contract' for 500,000 total compensation, i.e. option to buy the cuckshack, buxx, radio gear and Legacy status...

Oh my brother.  It would be 'casting history.  The funny thing is, a lot of these other 'casters would then besiege WR250 to have us do the same number on them.  Their numbers would soar for moar!  It might be called 'Groyped, Doomed and paladin just don't give a damn!'

So, random change of course. Is anyone into the TRX training? I know we have some runners here and I'm sure there are some gym rats and yogis too. I think I might be a fan of the TRX workout, but only started it a few weeks ago as a supplement to Pilates, wanted to change it up. Wondering if anyone else is into it or tried it out?

I throw the TRX into the mix when I get bored in the gym.  Might be a single work out or TRX might run for several days to a week.  Keeping the muscles and body confused, I think, is advantageous to a good work out.
