I agree about changing it up. I like to differ the movements but I like to practice execution of movements so that it's right- I don't know, I like the brain body connection. I think the TRX is fun in a way weight training isn't. All I know is I felt amazing after yesterday's workout (didn't even need coffee) and today if I take deep chest expansion breaths my back ribs are sore.
Absolutely. My son is beginning his bodybuilding endeavors and I keep pushing him to remember form, form, form. Get it right, first. Lighter weights and good form are more effective than bad form and heavier weights. Fewer injuries with good form.
