I've been howling at all your posts. Thankfully @Spookcat helped get me together in your summary thread @Bobs Your Uncle pointed me there earlier when I was whining. I used to do Crossfit until I had a bilateral shoulder injury. Since then I've been confined to running TRX sounds interesting but doesn't look like I could do it. I miss Crossfit so much. I agree with your philosophy about exercise. Now being in the process, even for as limited as I am, means much more.

Yup, a lot of short memories about Vara around here by some and those on other sites. They seem to forget he is a lying sack of shit who changes his tune as often as the wind changes direction. Fuck um.

Not forgotten at all by me. They got a portion of what they deserve. It was good to see her do what she does to them. But she and they are still what they are, and the whole lot of them suck.
