I've been howling at all your posts. Thankfully @Spookcat helped get me together in your summary thread @Bobs Your Uncle pointed me there earlier when I was whining. I used to do Crossfit until I had a bilateral shoulder injury. Since then I've been confined to running TRX sounds interesting but doesn't look like I could do it. I miss Crossfit so much. I agree with your philosophy about exercise. Now being in the process, even for as limited as I am, means much more.

Yay! Laughing is good medicine! Crossfit is craycray. Crossfit is only for those that are in good shape and know what they are doing, so respect if you can rock that. It moves too fast for me, tbh. I am a slow deliberate kind of gal- that goes for running too! LOL You know, I actually only got into Pilates and now TRX because of a bilat hip fracture I suffered several years ago. It made all the types of exercise I used to do not really an option at first. And I agree, the process is everything- it is the difference from being functionally mobile to being laid up. Have you tried Pilates? It enabled me after I outgrew the physical therapists I had available to me. With a good instructor it can be life changing!

That is kind of funny.  When I was a teenager I worked in a florists shop after school for a couple of years. People would buy the girls at the cat house flowers all the time. At least once a week we were delivering roses out there- it was usually from truckers having just left town or coming into town soon! Maybe there is something to this pussy fog idea.

I think it just comes down to our nature. The biology of males particularly and the instinct to procreate is strong.
