Yeah, she'll be there since she is blabbering about Adair.  Considering Dave hung up on him, Heater's now booking b-list.  For me its Heater-free night - she'll have to worry about Dec 10 without me listening.  Tim is on tonight!

Absolutely.  My son is beginning his bodybuilding endeavors and I keep pushing him to remember form, form, form.   Get it right, first.  Lighter weights and good form are more effective than bad form and heavier weights.  Fewer injuries with good form.
