Every time one of you posts this pic or a pic like it I think about a chestnut horse we used to have named Alphi. He was a retired flat tracker so had a tattoo on the inside of his upper lip and if you said "Alphi, are you a race horse?" he would open his mouth and pout out his lip so you could read his tat. Because of this I actually have begun associating feathers with Alphi. Guess it's not all bad. Thanks guys!

Yay! Laughing is good medicine! Crossfit is craycray. Crossfit is only for those that are in good shape and know what they are doing, so respect if you can rock that. It moves too fast for me, tbh. I am a slow deliberate kind of gal- that goes for running too! LOL You know, I actually only got into Pilates and now TRX because of a bilat hip fracture I suffered several years ago. It made all the types of exercise I used to do not really an option at first. And I agree, the process is everything- it is the difference from being functionally mobile to being laid up. Have you tried Pilates? It enabled me after I outgrew the physical therapists I had available to me. With a good instructor it can be life changing!

Aww thanks, you are so sweet! I have never tried Pilates. I'll look into it. I've been considering Yoga but I'm not sure I could slow down enough for that. Since 2017 I've just been running (slowly) LOL

Oh, PD, I am desperately trying to catch up on the OVER 45 PAGES you guys wrote since last night here in this hotel room... and I am speed-reading but mostly not commenting.

You all are hilarious, but PD this one just got me laughing out loud for real! I'd give you more than 1 +1 but I can't now, and I have to get to sleep early for a very early day tomorrow.

And rats! Dave has an evidential medium on and I can't listen live! Grrr... marital unit owes me bigtime for this as it's a birding trip...

No, that's what I pulled of the net bc I figured people wouldn't know what I was talking about. He was a pretty sweet boy as long as you didn't needle at him. He's gone now unfortunately. But I still have such fond memories of him!
