Speaking of which, I turned off my adblocker on my laptop briefly last night so I could click on an ad here, and FINALLY! got a non-car ad! No more Mazdas (I have never looked for a Mazda online, or ever for that matter). Finally! A jewelry site! Diamond rings! Necklaces! Amazing! If Santa hadn't arrived early and just brought me a new camera (yay!) that I'd been eyeing for a very long time for myself, that ad might have been even more interesting!

Absolutely.  My son is beginning his bodybuilding endeavors and I keep pushing him to remember form, form, form.   Get it right, first.  Lighter weights and good form are more effective than bad form and heavier weights.  Fewer injuries with good form.

He learned, he internalized my teachings and at 60 he had his poor old gimpy mom out doing Crossfit (my son actually wrote a book on it). I was now the one crying and puking but he was so game for my instruction. I was so pleased about my bilateral shoulder injuries I went to a really top flight orthopedic surgeon to make damn certain I wasn't simply malingering because I hated Crossfit so damn much, weird I also loved it and still miss it.
