You seem to be on to what she’s doing. Is that expensive to do ?
Not particularly expensive, but she will need outside expertise without a lot of additional study and knowing the right software (automated scheduling, sound processing, restreaming) to get and learning how to do all the production, legalities, reporting and other things.
We also have her revelation that she was getting a dba "doing business as" license after Thanksgiving weekend. Thus far I have yet to see her name as a principle or entity in the Nevada business license database.
