I think the reason is they wanted to create their own H.O.F. moment instead of just putting up a screen grab of the 911 call that night.
Anyone who has been paying even a little attention since the 911 call should have no doubt who made it.
There will be no H.O.F. for it, though.
That would be so pathetic to solely make that call for H.O.F. status, no offense intended

But I think any good lawyer would be able to negate those charges based on what Heather actually said on the air that night.
It was very opportunistic nonetheless.
A seemingly unhinged radio host with access to firearms, probably under the influence of drugs, a possible beef with her neighbor(Bell family) about how things have transpired over the last few months, and her talking about having considered suicide while on the air seemed like acceptable reasons, under the law, for this person to make that call to police for a welfare check.
Still shitty to sit back and allow DH to take all the heat.
