A traditional Pennsylvania Dutch country dinner for us. In my slow cooker I cooked a pork loin roast, sauerkraut, carrots with apple sauce for 8 hours. On  top of my stove the mash potatoes and green beans. It was a heavy but lovely meal.
I never had Porchetta. However, after reading your comments, I will give it a try. There Italian butcher shops close by my home.  How many pounds do I buy for 2 people?
It can be very rich and savory.  If the shop has it cooked and ready to heat and eat, a pound will give you a terrific dinner. I would recommend that you have it sliced very thin.  If you are making your own, the pork belly can come in varying weights.  I look for around 12-14 lbs in belly.  The pork loin?  It can be as big as you want.  You will be rolling that up in the belly, tying it up, roasting.

To be honest your avatar is offensive. Who wants to see someone’s rear everytime you’re on. It is enough to make people put you on ignore. It is disrespectful to your leader. Do you have her permission to use her pics?

That's the thing..  He is using them. :o

If it is what JoJo wants.  Hell, who doesn't like gravy?  I'll cover her in gravy if that is what she wants.

Best Stephen King, Different Seasons. Pet Sematary was nicely done. The movies based on his books are awesome in a whole different way. The new It was genuinely creepy tho.

I like his short stories best. My favorite novel (novella?) is 'The Long Walk' which he published as Richard Bachman. Not sure if any of the movies have hit the mark with me - I prefer the books.

Hoping to come across a topless Noory gif as I catch up.

I'll take topless Noory over Jedi's avatar any day ...

I can think of 10 new subjects off the top of my head that I never hear addressed on mitd, c2c, or kon. I think the problem is these hosts adopted the topics as an avenue to an audience and not out of genuine passion. There is so much out there we don't need another goddamn Roswell guest for the indefinite future ..

I enjoy when hosts mix in science or even true crime among the paranormal topics. It helps to mix it up, I think.
