I admit it, I looked for the price until I saw the disclaimer  From the build in the picture this looks like Dyna spec type engineering and fabrication.

Probably rebuilt. I'd guess it originally housed a controller from a 1970s or 1980s piece of production machinery and someone put some LEDs inside in the familiar 'Wye' configuration. 

Makes me wonder if the sci-fi creators of the Flux Capacitor were inspired by three-phase electrical engineering.

They need an overnight sports show of some sort. They would probably do it for near free. Seriously,  the level of bantering would be legendary. They would need a regular caller with a name like Slats Grobnik* to call from a local bar to argue with one of them about fine points.

I just hope the first bullet hits the shooter.  With her, I doubt it; she's a "it's everybody else's fault" type.
