Hey Miller, when you have no control over something there is very little point in being anxious about it. I understand that having a drink will be a coping mechanism for you (and I don’t mean that in a demeaning way - it’s just a fact), but what is happening with Heather is really not worth you getting anxious over - she has chosen her path. If you caused her anxiety and you feel bad over it that could be different, but this is not your doing ... you need to watch and wait unless you want to make the drive over to Pahrump, and I have to say I think that would make things worse.
She is a grown woman, these are her life choices.
