Hmm. I'm getting a message that says it's no longer there or I'm not allowed to view it. Is the zoo closed already? Just curious..

[Edit] I'm catching up, I see now the zoo is closed. I think I'm sorry I missed it, but maybe I'm better off...  8)

Thank you everyone. I love and appreciate each and every one of you. I bookmarked these last few pages becuase, I think I'll need to see these posts again in the future. I truly love you all.

I'm sorry. I just get into a really dark place and I don't know what to do. The combination between my stress and my past and lack of ability to effectively cope take over. I thought I was past this. No, I'm not self harming or self medicating or anything, which is why I say don't worry. I just laid in bed and cried or slept, I completely shut down for, I guess a full day I lost from this. Now I'm just ashamed that it happened at all. I'm cleaning and playing video games and reading Ellgab today, Im taking it easy this weekend and will begin working again on Monday. It's not just the job, it's all aspects of my life that are just painful to me right now, or at least that's how I'm taking it. My life isn't even bad, I'm just so freaked out I'm going to lose everything and go back to living in hell that fear grips me and drags me down to a very horrible place. It's exhausting, and despite not moving much at all in the last day, I'm exhausted.

I'm trying this: Ashwagandha. I get it from Amazon.

Hang in there! If there is anything we can do to help, let us know. We all will support you!

What the hell did Sean do that would give them the idea of a possible lawsuit (that they would lose)?

Oh please. @Lucky_Star, they are idiots. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that Sean can be sued for. Who would sue him that has a legitimate cause of action to sue? No one, not even HW, her words on air about not wanting to live any more were ambiguous enough to give a reasonable cause (to an outsider) for a call. Whatever other motivation he may have had if he did isn't on record or provable anywhere. Hence no lawsuit.

They are literally abysmally ignorant of the law and how it works. They love to threaten people, but they are really just full of hot air.

It was godawful smelly. Be glad it is closed. Nothing interesting or fun there.

How was dinner?

Whatever happened to smog? I thought she was in tight with Hallie and Lasha?

She hasn't been posting on the FB pages recently that I've seen. I have some very vague memory (perhaps not accurate, not sure) that she said something or other about being tired of all the stuff going on? Don't recall. Anyone else remember or am I not remembering correctly?

If I recall , wasn’t HW rude to her on a call in?  I don’t think she’s been around much since then.

What do you think of it?

Supplements take a while to have an effect. I've been taking it for about 5 months. Seems to help.

How was dinner?

Very delicious as usual. Our birding friend was especially happy as they had his favorite IPA (or as HW says, "IPPA") beer back on tap again. It's usually relaxing, but sometimes I'd rather be listening to The Little Podcast That Did when it's on, or not listening to so much birding talk. Mostly I don't mind, and we do talk about other things. He used to own a wonderful bookstore in Tulsa, OK, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of books and literature, is an obsessive reader, so that's interesting and fun. He has about 5,000 books for sale at Abebooks online and does a moderate but steady business out of his storage unit here. I can't imagine managing 5,000 books, but he seems to be able to do it.

Thanks for asking! And thanks for reassuring me that it's probably better I missed the zoo!
