Not a fan of the Tarot myself.  But it cannot be any worse than what we had on the kingdom of nye many weeks ago.

The people in California should take things into their own hands and start going out and taking down all the brush around the electrical lines that the regulations will not allow the government to do.  Regulations are causing these fires.  It is horrible how much suffering occurs in california due to poor planning and refusal to make intelligent decisions.

I don't dare do that! I might get a ticket, or worse, they might put a tax lien on my property!

No, I am not being facetious.

When my daughter graduated from A&M last May she was offered a job surveying the vegetation around power lines in the area around Napa.  I had a hard time talking her out of it.  When she finally did the math and figured out she couldn’t live around Napa for $18 an hour she turned it down.
Are we having fun yet?

Why does everybody's promo shot look like it's a selfie taken inside a car?

Whatever happened to having a real photo with good lighting? Sheesh.

What happened to your karma.  I had been giving you praise to help with the smite bot.  Then you went down to nothing.  I think I lost around 10 karma overnight so I am just slowly creeping down to zero.  But you did it in one fell swoop.

I completely agree with you.  However, it could be worse.  It could be a glamour shots photo.

I know.  It is just head shaking watching how california government does this to their citizens.  They say they are protecting the environment and all they do is make things worse, often times destroying it.  It is as if all common sense has been thrown out the window to make themselves feel good.

Hi gang. What have I missed?  I’ve been busy with life the last few days. I’m going to read back but wanted to say hi.
hi! There’s pie!
There was a little girl,
            Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
            When she was good,
            She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid.

@GravitySucks @Aquarius   Gravity is correct.  The red (sanitizer) and green buckets (detergent) are standard.  You can get away without having buckets that look like those but they have to be labeled properly and the solution needs to be tested for the proper concentration of sanitizer.  Ammonia based and Chlorine based have different measurements in 'parts per million.'

Having the bucket on the table is unacceptable.  It should be under the food preparation area.  Minor violation though, and from my experience most inspectors overlook it.

The strange thing is that the Health Department standards are different state by state.  Dept of Agriculture is on point though.  No variation or leeway.

@ShayP, thank you very much for explaining it, and yes it makes sense that it normally wouldn't be on the table next to the food... but I suppose it's good at least that they have it available, yes?  Thanks again and +1.

Angel food cake is great!

The funny thing is I stopped off this evening to pick up a couple of things at the local huge organic supermarket and what did they have on display right up front for the very first time? You guessed it: all-natural angel food cake. Ooo-wee-ooo! Synchronicity!

I didn't buy it, of course, I'd rather make my own or get a fresh one at the one local really wonderful old-fashioned bakery, when and if I ever get down to the neighborhood where they are. But I loved it that I thought of angel food cake last night for the first time in a long time, you responded, and voila! It appeared!

And I don't even think Ghost Art had anything to do with it, either.  ;D

Wow, she must have a direct line to Zuckerberg to swing that. Or perhaps you were put in FB jail because  something you posted was so reprehensible. It was the result of your actions.

My favorite cakes are angel food and pound cake, both no frills just mighty good. Guess my country farm girl roots are still showing. 😁

Well, I surely don't have country farm girl roots, having been born in Brookyn and lived in NYC most of my life, but those two are my favorite cakes! I'm right there with you, plain an dsimple, no frills... YUM!  ;)  +1

Christmas was the best time to be in Germany, especially when the Christmas Markets spring up.  Here are the best foods and drinks to eat while you are walking around.

<snip>

Merry Christmas!

It all looks wonderful! +1, SIR!
