What’s her plan for getting internet with off-the-grid living?
I follow a few groups on Facebook on Off Grid Living - mostly as a warning never to attempt anything so fucking stupid. With a few solar panels, or good battery charging in the car (she is not very good at that at the moment) She would be fine for keeping connected to the internet via her phone. Off Gridders seems to count off grid as not being connected to utilities rather than having no contact at all.
