Good- I think. I've been a bit frazzled the last 2 weeks, but that's why they make valium. Kidding. I WISH I had a valium right now. Sigh.

I used Propanolol (Inderal), in place of Valium. It was surprisingly effective. It's usually easier to get your doctors to prescribe it too  ;D
