Isn't lying about grades on the internet a felony?  I think it is, false statements regarding certain personal data (including grades) on the internet in an attempt to deceive.  Being on the internet, it crosses state lines

Confirmation was given by a family member who was not Cody or Diana. Cody has written a fair few posts on his time travelling with Kolby and I haven’t posted them here because they are quite shocking. Also I was waiting for @HopHey to post the skinny as she is all up in Cody’s messenger from what I can tell from Facebook
