I'm not a lawyer but I would think Art had his assets in various trusts to avoid probate. If not, I think it would have to go through probate since his personal wealth was greater that the non-probate threshold.

I find it equally annoying when at a lecture the speaker takes questions from the audience. Those of us not around the person can hear the question but the speaker begins answering without repeating the question.

If you look at the deed that aomeone posted when he sold the cuckshack he sold it from a trust so I believe you are correct.

Each state is different but in some states if you are keavibg everything to a surviving spouse it doesn’t have to go through probate anyways.

I'm sure Leo's ego could use a guest appearance. Some of his social media posts post Art Bell and the demise of his little network were obvious attempts at attention no matter how inane they were.

You have a good point. She was never "right". Not the right host. Not the right to Art Bell' s legacy. AND not right to her fans. How could she ignore over 600 comments from her fans?  She only responded by taking down her posting when someone posted some negative information about her.
