Art's heirs own Art's intellectual property and his name, image, and likeness.  PremRat owns his old Coast to Coast shows, because he sold them those rights.  Unless he gifted any of any of the rest of it to Heater, during his life or through his Will, she doesn't.

Posters here have given their very good reasons for why they think what they do about Heater.  As a person, and as a podcaster.  That you disagree with their opinions doesn't mean they are lying about their reasons and that only you know the truth about what they think.
