@DynamoHum, is the pet/dog rescue "industry" strong in the UK? Is there good awareness of the issue?
I have a friend who's (RIP Ramona) possibly returning to the Paisley, Edinburgh or Glasgow areas and was making overtures about wanting to do dog rescue.
PS, Does all Scottish ice cream look like shit surrounded by toilet paper? (see photo attached). Asking as a potential future resident...
Dog Rescue is very big in the UK - lots of small breed specific rescues, to large national charities, to rescues that bring dogs from the meat trade in Asia or Eastern Europe. There are plenty of rescues that would welcome financial/volunteer help.
As for Scottish Ice Cream. That looks like it has come from an Ice Cream Van - roving sales vans.
