Tommy hits Everett a few days before, the consummate advance man, setting up everything just the way the big star likes it. Tommy goes on the Internet and finds an escort for the star, a real girlfriend experience, Noory freshly dyed jet black hair and moustache, wearing his monogrammed burgundy silk smoking jacket, slippers and black knee socks, Hai Karate cologne wafting through the room as Noory waits for his date.
