So are you all thinking murder or sucide?

If murder, who do you think it was?

Nope, purely accidental.

Getting warm.

I wonder what the threshold is for the toxicology reports to declare that it was an intentional suicide.

When the toxicology reports show that the threshold is just slightly above dangerous/lethal intoxication levels do Medical Examiners then take into consideration other factors before making their conclusion?
Other factors such as if the subject had previous or current suicidal tendencies and if the subject had attempted suicide before.

With the drug levels not overwhelming high to indicate the subject ingested, for example, a whole bottle of pills there creates some ambiguity or leeway for the Medical Examiner to declare it to be accidental.
Also I assume that an accidental suicide creates less of an issue for Life Insurance(s) claims.
