C’mon @KSM

I could use some help rooting for the Astros

I'll pitch in and go to bat for ya'.  While both teams have San Diego connections, I've been picking the Astros in reader polls since the playoffs started.

They are the tanking role-model that many teams follow now.  Good manager, ownership knows what they're doing...

Eh, nevermind...

I am!  I've said it all season long. They, those Astros.. are this years team. This pathetic lucky rabbits foot team, the Nationals don't have what it takes!

Yes, Go Astros.  BTW they're my go-to team after the Jays.  Jays actually won a series against them this year. All those young and up n coming rookies. Rebuild will hit pay dirt season after next.

Game 1 top 8th. 5 - 3 Wash.  Won't stand.

My favorite part of the playoffs and Series this year is Harper and Muchado aren't participating.  What does Washington need that over-coiffed fuck for?

I got to see a few Expos games in Montreal in 76 and 77. A guy I worked with in the USAF had played high school ball with Ray Burris and he would get tickets whenever the Cubs were in town.  Eventually Ray Burris played for the Expos. It’s funny I remembered Ray’s name, but not the name of the guy I sat next to at work.

Do you think the people of Montreal are cheering for their old team? Or do they want them cursed.

The Astros should go back to their rainbow uniforms.

No.
The entire team and all of their fans should die in a fire.
Slowly.
With lots of pain.

Back in the 70’s the Montreal fans cheered for everyone. There was applause for every good play evej if it was the opposing team.  I doubt that same culture exists in Montreal today.

Besides. It’s hockey season.
Are we having fun yet?

in the 7th  game 2. I don't know what the Astros game plan is but they should really think about getting to it.   As Kendrick bats is another run and bases still loaded.

Astros fire assistant GM over "clubhouse remarks"  The whole system is breaking down and nothing is going according to plan.   If the Nats win I swear I'm not watching baseball for MONTHS!

I hate that the season has to end.  Why can't it be 9 months. Like a baby. :'(
