lol sorry
so Noory's first guest is some folksy dude talking about human consciousness and technological advances, machines, etc - the Mechanical Man vs the Spiritual Man - Noory is stumbling mightily tonight trying to carry on a conversation with the guest coming up with what he thinks are profound thoughts. 'Can you imagine being alive in the Dark Ages? No electricity, incredible. I wouldn't be here, I couldn't do a show.'
a woman with cerebral palsy then calls in and drones on in her cerebral palsy voice about how she never allowed her affliction to hold her back and how she is a sponge for knowledge. Noory gets involved 'Good for you. I have a question for you. If they could implant a chip in your head and it would take away your cerebral palsy and you'd be just like your twin sister would you?' The woman said she would. The guest then pops in 'Of course she would. I'm so sick of these people who say we won't be the same people if we change our bodies to help us realize our potential. Our country is based on it, the pursuit of happiness, to make the best we can of ourselves.' Noory, of course barely listening or comprehending what the guest just said, stammers out 'That's remarkable.' Completely disconnected, what's remarkable you moron? That people should do whatever they can to make their lives better? I will break down how he came up with that response - he was completely out of it, had no idea what the guest was saying, when he heard dead air his reptilian brain kicked in, he remembered that the guest's book deals with technological advances and machines so he assumes the guest made some long statement about something to do with technology so his brain kicks out 'That's remarkable.'
2nd guest is Michael Cremo, crackpot self proclaimed 'archaeologist' - I love his creepy voice.
oh now Cornelius barges in and is rambling on about the same shit he rambles on about every night 'my daddy died of Covid 19 and stuff, he studied biology and embalming and stuff ........ '
Mike the Millennial's mom is sick/dying? I hate Mike but I don't wish bad on him or his family.
