As usual on Fridays - Noory tonight snuck out a half hour early and went to a replay of part of an old interview with a demonologist.

Another classic awkward exchange between host and guest. Interview was almost done, don't know what precipitated this but the guest was a typical Coast nutcase talking about races of ET's

Noory: (Trying to be funny) Don't say that to Buzz Aldrin or he'll pop you one.

Long awkward silence, like 10 full seconds.

Noory: Are you done?

Guest has no idea what Noory referring to Buzz Aldrin popping him was about and no idea why Noory has asked him if he's done because he's said absolutely nothing.

Guest: um ...... you mean the interview? do we have more time?

Noory: 20 seconds.

Noory brought up Buzz Aldrin wouldn't like what the guest said about the Apollo missions couldn't get humans to the moon safely thru the Van Allen radiation belt without more shielding.  Noory said Buzz would punch him for saying that!

Uh Noory that already exists with smartphones- you access the internet wirelessly with that!

I once computed how long the Apollo spacecraft would have been within the Van Allen belt and it was something like 1/2 second.

I think they do the final two-hour replay from the Friday before the Monday show on my local station and not the weekend shows, I am hoping!

Yeah Jeremy called in during open lines which was the 90min starting at the second hour, Noory did a replay of an old interview for the last half hour.
Jeremy called in and immediately told Noory he was calling to update him on how many years, months, days, and hours since his accident - like Noory wanted these frequent "updates" or something!
Noory didn't really "tell him off" just commented that Jeremy should move on and do something else in his life than his obsession.
I bet if Jeremy called into Ian Punnett, he would get a much better response...
