This morning for usual Tuesday morning coffee with @PolkaDot she brought me an absolutely beautiful handmade (by her) Christmas Wreath. Took her three hours to make it. How sweet is that? Damn sweet! All I made her was an Ethiopian Medium Roast coffee.

The Ethiopian roasts are fucking awesome when brewed correctly. Sometimes my water to beans ratio is a tad off. This is the stuff I had shipped south.

I don't recall having that type before.  If you get the urge, try the Harrar.  I do not think you'll be disappointed.

There was a roasting company in Virginia we used. @KSM   However I cannot remember what the name is.  It was over 8 years ago.  I still have some buddies who are ex-coworkers.  I'll give them a call or text.

I don't drink coffee much anymore, but back then I was drinking at least three 20 ounce cups per shift.  That Ethiopian Harrar was addictive.  I never brewed it myself because I used to be a sexy beast with an amazing personality and it was provided to me upon request.   

The bean to water ratio is out of my scope.  I'm sure I'd screw it up the first time.
