A Weber Kettle and/or a bbq pit, and aluminum foil. That all ya need to fix a complete dinner. The up side is, no pots and pans to wash afterwards.
There we go.
Plus, cut a slice of Oak about 2 inches thick (Maple, Apple, or Cherry wood all have distinct flavors too), soak it in water for about 5 hours before you grill, and toss it on the rack for a nice smokey flavor added to the food. It steams the flavor right in.
Oak works really well with salmon steaks or other fish. Yummy.
(Good Salmon run this year,too.)
