YouTuber ThinkAnomalous responding to my comment -- that the mysterious airships of the late 19th & early 20th C. were probably lighter-than-air ships, as were supposed at the time, plus some fabricated and exaggerated acc'ts -- said the descriptions of the time were of heavier-than-air craft maneuvering in ways that dirigibles cannot.
Anyone here know anything to either confirm or deny that?
