Dietrich's insane laugh seems to be evolving. It has never been natural. His laugh was always fake, something similar to a trained theatrical villain. But in the past few months, it has become something more bizarre and sinister. Beyond just his erie, obnoxiously loud and extended laugh, other sounds can frequently be heard. It is almost a hyperventilation of animalistic-type groans and salivating expressions akin to an inner orgasm of pensive, deviant self-satisfaction.
