I find it interesting it is at the top of the page and none of those gushing reviews by ddd's toadies appear at least as far I was willing to scroll through. I'm talking about the search results page and not the actual Amazon page.

I guess it's just one of those fortunate things that happen. I never considered doing a search and seeing the results.  Anyone who reads the reviews can see that most all are posted by his dipshit followers, many who are posting several times under different names, and many who are not verified purchasers and probably did not read the book.

The most important thing is that it is copyrighted as FICTION, yet Dietrich continues to say it is historical non-fiction.
