I saw one just east of Houston.
It was the size of a mall!

Cleanest bathrooms in the country. Decent jerky selection but expensive. No 18 wheelers.
Are we having fun yet?

Both of those things would make Mrs. Walk's day!

Michigan has caught a lot of hell in the news lately but if you get outside of the cities you'll see some beautiful country.

Buc-ee approves. Those places are awesome. Buc-ee the Beaver and all are wishing the tests turn out well.

Thanks to all for the good wishes.  I won’t know anything until at least the 30th when all my tests come back. Definitely have something structural wrong inside my head.  Doctor using words like “complicated case”. “Need systems approach”. Basically spent all week getting tests and doing a sleep study tonight.

So bottom line when you tell them you have trouble sleeping they have you pay $650 to sleep in a strange bed with wires on your head, chest, abdomen and legs and tubes up your nose.  Yep. I am sure I will get a great night’s sleep tonight.  I would rather listen to c2c open lines!

Next time you are heading down I-45 at exit 164 in Centerville, stop at Woody’s.  Better jerky at better prices, decent diesel prices, clean bathrooms and they have one on both sides of that exit.

I had one of those a few years back. There are all the things you mentioned plus some creeper that looked like Belushi behind a one way mirror "watching" you.   I never did fall asleep.  Had to repeat the ordeal all over again after they gave me some pills to put me out.

I'm sure you'll sleep like a baby though.

Yep, no way around that uncomfortable night.
You will be in our thoughts.

My heart tells me that I will move to Texas one day. I just love it there!

I had one years ago that led to sleep apnea surgery.  They woke me up at midnight and asked me to go home. They said I was stopping breathing so much they didn’t want to be held responsible. No bullshit.
